La Cañada Council of PTA and PTSA Master Calendar

Instructions for use: once you have reached the master calendar webpage, don't forget to click on the links next to the green buttons on the left side of the calendar window. Those links will display a list of calendar events that are related to specific sites or categories.

District Master Calendar of Events

HINT: To print out a hard copy of the District Master Calendar grid, follow these steps:
1. Highlight the calendar grid from the Title of the month through the last day of the month.
2. Select FILE...PAGE SETUP from the browser's menu bar.
3. Under Orientation, choose the "Landscape" button.

To make the month fit on one sheet of paper, do the following:
a. delete all text and codes from the "Headers" box and the "Footers" box from the Page Setup screen. They should both be blank.
b. change all margins (top, bottom, left, right) to 0.25 inches

4. Select FILE....PRINT from the browser's menu bar.
5. Under Page Range, choose the button "Selection."
6. Press the Print button.
